Personally, I think it's just a matter of a) planning out what you're drawing and b) taking the time to finish it. I think Cype and some other members can definitely do some of the stuff here but they just have to put in the time to finish it properly. =_=;
On another note, if you get discouraged by looking at these, then you should just focus on bettering yourself on one thing until you master it. For myself, I wasn't the best at CGing but I worked on coloring cel-style and I can definitely say that I've become proficient in that style. I'll be working on painterly style next. C:
