Top 3 hardest bosses

We've all had those bosses who were a pain in the ass to defeat. Name 3 bosses who you had trouble defeating.

1. Mike Tyson from Punch Out. This guy this guy tortured my childhood, he was almost impossible for me to defeat.
2 Ozma from FF9. took me like 20 tries till i defeated him. It's so hard to survive if you constantly get hit by curse then a meteor.
3. Necron from FF9. this guy pissed me off so much i smashed the controller on my face and broke a tooth.

1: Giygas (EarthBound) You should all know why.
2: Ruby Weapon (FFVII) because it beat my ass years ago numerous times, and would still continue to do so, as would Emerald Weapon.
3: Colonel Radec (Killzone 2) Not only can this dude go invisible and move super fast to the point that it seems like he's teleporting, but he takes a ton of damage, and when he hits you, he hits -hard-. Killzone 2's controls don't make this last fight any easier.
