An advice. If your story is longer than 15 pages, almost everyone is going to run away.

i must have the wrong idea of a short story.
in other words, start running.
concept art for me is like, for example: in my story, i want to add a few symbols of dictatorship and rebellion, so i'd study some symbols and make a few of my own and pick the one that convinces me the most. just as well, i'd look at other real-life object (virus's, geography, architecture, fashion even) to get it all together.

hey if you're still looking for someone to help out, i'm a bit of an amateur artist who needs practice but i've been working on learning from different styles for almost 6 years and i'd love to help out just for the fun of it and the sake of getting something done i have a hard time working on my own story due to lack of experience , so if you still want someone to help out i think i'm a decent artist and i love to write stories and dialogue because i think it's super fun, though that's provided you're not looking for someone with a whole ton of credibility.... i've done tons of concept art for friends stories though i've never written a story over 20 pages ( non double sided)
