So I really really want to be an illusionist/enchanter sorcerer in E now.
In the meantime, I designed a snazzy detection/anti-detection runestaff for Team Sneaky! Only useful if there's an illusionist in the group though. Wonder if Kodos allows runestaffs. :P
Spell substitution slots:
True Seeing, 3/day - Sorc lvl 6, 250 gp
Greater Dispel Magic, 3/day - Sorc 6
Telepathic Bond, 3/day - Sorc 5
Nondetection, 3/day - Sorc 3, 50 gp
Mind blank, 1/day - Sorc 8
All for only 37200 gp =3

Testing dice rolls here. Don't mind me >.>
1d20+8=28, 1d20+8=14, 1d20+8=22
Edit: Woo natural 20!
Sweet dude, you made a natural 20 once in 3 rolls, which you had a 14.26% chance of making!
...to be honest, that's not that sweet. Make a natural 20 thrice in 3 rolls, that'd be sweet (0.013% chance).
edit: Del takes one year of maths classes; it makes him no fun at games of chance.

They automatically lock onto the target so it's all damage rolls. Pretty sure there are other spells like that, but IIRC if you're a wizard you can prepare Magic Missile multiple times for a day in lieu of other spells.
Why dont we all just use arrays again?
Are you for real that's what Kodos does. Arrays are stats, you have 6 stats: Intelligence, Charisma, Dexterity, Strength, Constitution, and Wisdom. These get modifiers based on your level and items. You use these modifiers for checks and you roll on a chart based on your stat score.
That's not what an array is, Sylux.
And we don't use arrays because I didn't think to at first and I am set in my ways.
Grumpy old grognard. :P
