    Subtitle problem

I'm trying to put subtitles to some videos on youtube (mainly one of city tour and a interview with Barela) because there are none of those videos with english subtitles and I believe they must be shared.

Well the problem is that I download the videos, but the software I'm using to put the subtitle is not reading the videos. I'm using Subtitle Workshop 2.

I could be mistaken, but I remember that at one point YouTube had a subtitle feature. Isn't there a way to directly enter subtitles on the YouTube uploa itself?

You could use the closed captioning feature, or download the video and re-upload it with timed annotations. If you send me the script for the subtitles, and link the videos, I can do it for you. But you need to translate everything.
