I'm not working on hands, just lines poses and anatomy.

Sorry if that came out a bit curt.

Hands are part of the human anatomy. It's illogical to say you shall work on drawing the human anatomy and not draw the hands. It's like saying I'll practise playing basketball but not practise chest passing. I can understand that drawing hands is something everyone struggles with and can easily be categorized as a separate entity to practise in their own right, but I advice against doing this. Categorizing hands like that and saying "I'll learn them once I've got line, poses and anatomy down" will bite you in your proverbial ass later. The rest of your figure will be great (in so far as we can be great at drawing anatomy) and the hands will be awful. It's also a lot more difficult to correct mistakes the further you progress because it becomes habit.
Long story short: You should draw hands with your figures or you will be P-O'd later.

I love Mark, but you shouldn't expect one book to completely change the way you draw. Just keep practicing Liebe. But use the book, and show us what you make. I'm sure it's got good stuff in it

Never said it would completely change how I draw, but I believe it will help me improve greatly. I have no illusions that it will help me become a great artist, but maybe it'll take me from being a novice to an intermediate skilled artist.

It is a brilliant book especially when your having difficulty with certain areas such as proportions and stuff I advise you keep it open beside you when you draw so you can refer to it when you need it :P gonna post up anything be critiqued soon?

You said overhaul. That's what that implies, Liebe. But alright.
