Tell me what you think about my drawings. Is there a way I can improve?

As for the pictures, your character is only around 4 heads high generally a typical anime person is 5-8 heads high depending on the characters build, while a real person is around 6 1/2 - 8 heads high, you can measure the height using a ruler or roughly using your fingers and counting down the body.

I agree with Cloudy. The height of the character throws off the proportions and makes him look short and unrealistic. The waist should be about two heads from the chin. Like Cloudy said, the average anime character is 5 1/2 to 8 heads high so use that as a guide. The location of the arms is correct, but because his waist is too short, so are his arms.
The second guy (or view, they look similar but are different colors so I don't know if they are the same guy) look better proportionally, just work on his arms and fists.
Good job on the stance. Fix the proportions and your picture will look great!
I don't know if we can do this, but this video helped me with body proportions. Perhaps it will help you as well.

Do as Cloudy say. And try to work with real muscle/anatomy, it can annoy people the repetition of this suggestion, but really, it helps.
Don't jump so fast to style. Control over anatomy can improve your skills way more.

Hey man. I just wanted to say that anatomy practice is good and everything, and it's nice that you're trying it out. I do think your first attempt is very ambitious, because there are tons of details you need to know and you've attempted to draw everything in your first go. Note that you shouldn't get discouraged if it doesn't turn out looking the way you wanted it to because people spend years learning this sort of thing. Your hand-eye coordination and use of perspective need work but those are the sorts of things that'll just come with time.
What I would suggest you do is to take things step-by-step. You could start by learning parts of the body from reference and drawing progressively; for example, learning head proportions and then doing upper body and then finally going to full body, while practicing individual parts. Note that you won't get anywhere on your own and need at least a good reference book along with life study to improve decently. I strongly suggest Bridgman's Guide to Drawing from Life (the older versions are dirt cheap). If you have a bit of extra cash, Figure Drawing: Design and Invention and Classic Human Anatomy: The Artist's Guide to Form, Function, and Movement are also two good books.
Note that this is not the sort of thing you can learn in a few hours. But if you're up for the challenge, go for it! Be patient and don't ignore details.
I appreciate the advice! I'll work even harder next time. I also have a anatomy book called Atlas of Human Anatomy for the Artist and The Human Figure book. I'll get those book also. I'm also studying DBZ, marvel, and Dc anatomy as well because it looks so dynamic. I believe proportions are a bit challenge for me but I'm going to give it a try.

Head is indeed small. Might want to work on the left foot as it looks a little thin at the toe end. Other than that, it looks alright.
hands & feet are weird....like they have no bones. Muscles are great, i don't think the face is small. BUT the face is too low on the head.
