The only GTA I've ever completely beaten was GTAIII. San Andreas is the best imo, but the game itself is boring as hell. So it just boiled down to launching the game, throwing in my usual set of cheat codes, snagging a cool looking car, modding it in a garage. And killing everyone and anything, then trying to outrun the police/military. That was where the fun was at.

EDIT: though WW went up and down in quality. The good bits were really good, the bad bits were really bad. TP was fairly constant in quality but less fun at its best than WW. The puzzles in TP were pretty good though
