The personality makes the character.....right?

Everyone who loves anime always has a favorite character. They may be funny. You may like how they look. You might just feel a connection to that character because of something they are going through or how they act. Whatever the reason may be they are your FAVORITE CHARACTER. I say that the character's personality is what really makes the character. Goku is goofy....Sasuke Uchiha is serious....Light Yagami is devious.....and so forth. We may all have our favorite character, but what is your favorite character based on their personality? Also what type of personality do you like the best?

My favorite characters are usually the intelligent, cute, and sensitive males. (RARELY a female) I <3 men
Examples: Gohan (DBZ) Kurama (YuYu Hakuso), and Neji Hyuga (Naruto)
However my favorite character personalities are the ones who are goofy and make me bust a gut laughing.
My favorite characters based on their personalities:
Rock Lee (Naruto) and Hikaru and Kaoru Hitachiin (OHSHC)

So what are some of yours?

I think I like many others, but those are the ones I have in my mind right now. So I mostly like mentally instable (stable) characters.

Also the UC stuff seems to be aware, at least some of the time, that child soldiering is a fucking abominable practice. I mean I haven't watched the original Gundam since like 2004, but I seem to recall it having at least a little self-awareness to the fact that children + war = horrible idea.

Yeah right from the start they talk about how awful it is that the commander of the ship is only 19 years old.
