Personally, I think that manga characters that have bangs pulled off are not manga characters at all, and every manga character should have bangs. So I can't draw them. I am very terrible at hair, can anyone suggest a tutorial how to draw hair, especially those where bangs are pulled off?

1. Draw the head, without hair, eyes, nose, or mouth. Just the head.
2. Draw light horizontal and vertical lines lines indicating the position of the eyes, nose, mouth, and hairline. If you don't know where that is off the top of your head, look in a mirror.
3. Fill in the stuff.
