I agree. But lots of people confuse sternness with that, too. I think it's important to be stern, but not over-the-top. I'm kind of a rigid person, and people mistake that for me being a jerk. But the truth of some matters is that you can't be a softy all the time when there's important stuff going on.
And because of that, I think a mod should be able to tell anyone to knock it off, no matter if they're friends or not.
Again, Delph. Yeah, I hate him too, but thinking about it, he is straight forward to say things and go to the point.

You guys keep talking about what a mod should be, but when you break it down for long enough you'll end up with an autonomous robot that makes all the right decisions and can never connect with any of you.
Don't worry about what a mod should be. Nominate your friends, forward your own agendas, and set your plots in motion. That way we can all still be chums in the end.
I think Joosh can be a great candidate.

And Jubeh, you're kinda right about it boiling down to a robot. I'm just thinking out loud, though. There are a lot of people who could do the job well.
You realize Gunzet is my, Linz's, Josh's, Jaidurn's, and Seefy's chum, at the very least. So he already connects with a significant few.
