FMA ended in 2010, it shouldn't even be on the list.

One Piece is an amazing manga, Clock, and you know just about everyone here loves it.

Oh, then fuck your list even more. You can't do a list of the best comics without naming 20th century boys, ex machima, Y: the last man, The Walking Dead, Blame!, Astroboy, Gantz, Vagabond, Metropolis, Slam Dunk, Ranma 1/2, etc.
Even more, the list become even worst because doesn't discriminate through genres.
