Nintendo Dream World Contest

So, Nintendo is running a contest where the most voted for Pokemon will be released in the Dream World. I urge everyone to vote for Ditto right now. Voting ends tomorrow, and it's in 3rd. Arceus is in 1st, Mudkip is in second. Remember, Ditto's DW ability very easily makes it the best Revenge Killer in the game.

What is this ability? And what makes it better than Arceus?

It lets it transform upon being sent out. Transform giving it the boosts of the opponent's Pokemon already out. Give it a Choice Scarf and it should One Shot anything. Ultimate Revenge Killer.

EDIT: Also legal in Wifi. Arceus isn't.
