    Does anyone here have IRL friends they can test the game with. If so I'll send you the latest build, but I need you to give me notes on certain things.

    Basically any bugs in versus mode, which characters seemed best, etc.

    What's Left?
    -Music
    -Playtesting/bug fixing
    -???

    Changelog:

    General-
    -CUSTOMIZABLE CONTROLS. Please run the config.exe if you want to change the controls.
    -Switched the confirm and cancel buttons. Confusing at first but it fits the nes control scheme now
    -Added a boss complete with stage
    -Added more detail to stages
    -Ported the game to a new resolution (looks way better now)
    -Added a miniscule amount of story stuff
    -Switched some songs around and added new ones
    -Redid AI entirely. It is considerably harder now
    -Reduced the timer from 60 seconds to 40 to make turtling viable
    -Fixed the glitch where you could walk through a person in the left corner

    Punches-
    -Brought damage up on straight but made it punishable on block
    -Jab is slower and does less damage but can still lead into combos
    -Upper R is shoots out way further but is still super unsafe
    -Upper L is relatively unchanged
    -Low R goes out further but it now (sorta) punishable
    -Low L was nerfed altogether as you could combo it into itself over and over

    Characters-
    -Johnny's super is much much faster and now has a 'tell' for if he goes low or high. Sort of fixed all the collision errors but sometimes it's still unpunishable when it shouldn't be.
    -Hound's super no longer does damage. Seems too weak now but I still feel it's good
    -Aife's super no longer has start up invincibility so she can be punished for throwing it out randomly
    -Fixed a bug where Steve's super would go through people at close range, and made the animation less boring

    Final live playtest is this sunday and then just waiting on music and the game is complete.

    I might just suck at this, but you weren't kidding about it being harder. o_o

    It's quite nice anyhow. Love the stage design and the music. The whole aesthetic makes me think it would have been the bees knees on gameboy or something. Going to keep at it for a while anyway and see if I can actually get to that boss...

    Some tips for the final boss:
    SPOILER! :

    -If you see the super flash BLOCK HIGH but when the super is over BLOCK LOW because he will almost always throw out a low attack. If he throws a hi, its fine because he doesn't have super anymore and you're probably too far.
    -He can combo into super from any hit because I wanted him to be super cheap. The best tactic in this game is to jab counter-hit, but one bad trade with Stu and you lose half your life. Therefore you should wait for him to miss with any strong attack.
    -Every Straight Button move (that would be K in the default controls) is super unsafe. He will punish you if he blocks one.
    -The computer in general often whiffs uppercuts because the range is off. Punish with this combo -- Weak Uppercut > Weak Low > Strong Low. If you're a bad enough dude you can walk forward and jab after the weak uppercut and still do the rest of the combo but it's extremely tight.
