Vodka seems like it's generally pretty good.

A good vodka have no flavor, is almost 90% alcohol. Which is the reason why its so used as a base for juice drinks.

I used to drink vodka, but it really have no sense at all. If it doesn't have flavor, why would you drink it? probably to get drunk, nothing else. If it have flavor is cheap vodka, then you are also drinking a bad quality product just to get drunk.
I think that in the context vodka was made, and because they didn't have another alcoholic drink (I don't know of what else they could make it, one of the few things that survive the cold winter are potatoes, which is the reason why are they used for vodka) they just have vodka to drink. But now people who drink have a wide selection to what drink, and vodka doesn't provide to much on it. The only reason why people drink vodka is because: they are making a juice drink, they want to look manly, or (the most rare reason) fucking Nostrovia!
But people drink it because they think "hey, its manly", or it work with juice. When if you want to drink more complex alcoholic drinks, try with ron. Ron is a way more interesting alcoholic drink because its flavor is gave by the wooden barrel where it was made.
I think if it has flavor it just tastes good and I want to drink it. Let's leave it at that. I can give a damn if it's cheap, I'm not picky as long as it doesn't taste like shit.

hmm. i find beer extremely bitter. others i was okay with (except whiskey and white rum). green apple and orange vodka were my favorite (took it neat first few times). but only after i'd been hospitalized and shit i started finding even the smell disgusting.

I used to hate beer a lot. Like really, a lot. But it's not so bad, just something I'm not really willing to drink on a constant basis, but I do get a craving for it once in a while.
Still makes me think of piss in a can.
