Looking for a New Tablet, any Recomendations?
Hello everyone,
As I think I may have mentioned in my Critques Corner thread that I have Wacom's cheapest, smallest, non-pressure sensitvist's Bamboo tablet and I'm looking to get a new one, probably for Christmas. Does anyone have any recomendations?

If you already have a tablet and it's still working, I suggest using that still even if you bought a new one. Pressure sensitivity isn't really much of an issue when practicing drawing. Pressure sensitivity is only usable if you're actually doing linearts for top quality. But if you only intend to practice aspects of drawing, use the old one until it breaks. I'm using graphire 4, smallest size, and it's phased out already and I had this since 2007 when I began doing digital work and I don't experience anything that would merit any need for replacements.
Anyway, an Intuos 4 is good enough but not for a lefty afaik. Cintiq is pure vanity Dx

That tablet seems to be more oriented with business environments. If you plan on drawing, I don't think I'd go with that, considering the price, you could get a tablet by Wacom for much cheaper. Those are made with artists in mind first and foremost.

My Intuos4 blows away the Bamboo I had. It's less stressful on the hands due to pressure sensitivity and pen shape.
Here's a quick size comparison of a large-sized tablet and regular printing paper:

This is just a quick reference to look at if you are considering sizing up.

For some reason, I like my Bamboo Pen much better than I do my Intuos 4.
