    Fighting Seth in SF4 is one of the cheapest bosses I've went against in any recent game I've played. It's like he was made only to be beat by certain characters. And I'm only on medium difficulty.

    I don't remember how I did it when I played SFIV, but I remember that it was a mix of finding a cheap combo and block.
