    I know the porn industry threw their lot in behind VHS and that was big part of it, but I think there were other reasons, too. But yeah. Generally whenever the porn industry backs some kind of format, you can usually bet it's going to be the winner.

    I missed the ps2 emulation talk but you know its notoriously hard to emulate because of its processor(s).

    Thus if your games are running slow it has more to do with your processor than your gpu.

    Idk much about how the ps3 works though I always considered it too expensive to rip apart.

    I want quantum computing. Processor tech isn't advancing fast enough.

    Running an i7 960 @ 3.2 ghz, I never had a problem with PS2 emulation. I had problems with some higher-poly games when I had a GT 520 GPU, but an upgrade to the 570 fixed that. So yeah, for mid- to high-end computers, PS2 emulation works fine.
