The polearms in chivalry are kind of brain dead. At point blank it seems they still deal as much damage as at proper range, when the only thing that could possibly hit you is the stick part.

Chivalry with the hitboxes of War of the Roses would be flawless. As it is, the above happens. And so does this weird glitch where you can swing straight through someone like you had noclip on for a second.

Yeah realistically if I dodge into a polearm dude as he's coming down it should just stop the attack like it does in mount and blade

Also the fact that the ass end of a sword sing deals full damage is also ridiculous

My biggest issue with Chivalry is the lack of a Black Knight mode. I want to be able to keep fighting no mater how many limbs I lose.

Apparently I was in the beta for whatever reason. I only found one server, and it was a TO game on a new map called Citadel--essentially a siege map where the Masons hold a fort against Agatha. It'd be awesome with more than two players, but unfortunately, that's all I could play with.

Went like 12-4 or something good on a tdm server. Small servers are way better. Less chance of getting killed by an archer, but they're still a threat. More 1v1s, less getting stabbed in the butt.
