They've said that about a number of games I've enjoyed, could you give us a reason why?
IMO I happen to think that the graphics are a bit generic (and dark), the character creation's not so good (I mean, why have all the sliders if they don't work?), the combat system is awkward & using the skills can be confusing at first as well. I mean it isn't unplayable, but for the money, I can think of plenty of better RPGs in the same vein.
Now the story on the other hand isn't so bad. But the all of the cut scenes get intrusive. Dragon Age 2 does cut scenes the same way but they don't detract from your game play like in 2 Worlds.
Despite the bad reviews & my pals warning me it sucked, I bought it anyway & I personally don't like the darn thing. I mean, I could deal with all the other crap (the confusing interface, the annoying cut scenes & primitive char creation) if the graphics were not so bad.

Two Worlds 1 was so bad it was good. I loved it. It was like an interactive B movie. I loved the village of black Japanese folks talking Old English in the middle of a desert.
The whole game was great and full of batshit nonsense like that.
