Yeah it does come up often. I mean, there's a good reason for it, it's a great game, but it seems like a lot of people talk about it like it's some unheard of game where hardly anyone has played it. Dark Souls will probably be in this category eventually.

Well at this point I'm aware that everyone and their mom has played. I just didn't realize that it had always been popular. One of my first posts on MT was a story inspired by SotC and nobody even caught the reference.
