Just work on proportions. If cartoony is your style, work on something that can break anatomy yet still look generally good to common folk.

This is better than the others cause all i did is a bust, a friend also posed for the eyes and mouth placement, which i tweaked. Please tell me what is wrong with it and how i can improve!

You kinda need to figure out... Well, anatomy.
Look at models - both real and fake. Honestly, I'd study the skeleton first, try drawing it from sources, figure out how everything works, that sort of thing.
After that, read some books about the muscle placements, practise drawing the muscles, where they are, how they act etc. It's pretty general advice, unfortunately, but basically just... I don't know, practise drawing from real-life, GIS some nude models, that sort of thing.
Also, and I don't mean to sound like a dick, but... Boobs don't work that way. Go squeeze your girlfriend's or [strikeout]your mum's[/strikeout] something.
e: I'll go make some red-lines now.

Yeah they are. /bricked @.@
The hands look more like paws than hands since the fingers lack definition and correct anatomy. I've seriously filled pages upon pages of dozens of sketchbooks with hands and they are hard as all holy hell to get right. Practice, practice, study and practice some more.
Her arms are bending at highly unnatural angles and seem broken. In this position her upper arms would be beside her breasts (not over the top of them) and to have her hands ending up between her legs both her elbows would be bent outward slightly. Also see how her left shoulder (our right) is right above her breast? The shoulders are actually placed wider apart than the breasts so we don't squish them whenever we move our arms.
I can see what you were trying to do with her front leg, making it shorter, but the perspective in the picture would leave that knee at a slightly lower plane on the page than the far knee. Her calf is far too long as well. When you sit like that your heels end up pretty close to your butt.
I made you a red-line. It's not perfect but it kinda illustrates what I mean.
BTW I dig the eyeballs in her shoulders and the teeth in her stomach O.O
