This one time I just got up and heard from a talk show about a certain topic that's really funny. don't really remember the name of the talk show but it's something that is taking people's problems from callers from cellphone or text messages and giving them advice from the T.V.

The problem of the one who sent a text message is a girl who has boyfriend that she wants to break up with, but the problem is the guy doesn't want to break up with him.

from that point there's really no problem, all the girl needs is to walk away, but the guy blackmailed her and saying he will post their video of.... you know.. scandal.

so the girl asked the advice from the two host of the program,

one guy said, "If I were in your situation I would be staying with him, atleast one way or another I would be able to get my hands on those videos"

while one guy said, " oh no, for me I'll tell him to get lost and go and post it if he really want!! and if my friends saw those videos, I would just say, that's not me, haha she looks so much like me! but I swear that's not me"

just thinking what would you guys do?
oh, and post other situation if you want as well.

. . . If this girl is under the legal age she can (I'm sure) get the police involved and have him arrested. Most countries have laws against blackmail and should protect her even if she is over the legal age of consent where ever she is.
Even if this guy did post his video wouldn't it only be on a porn site since things like YouTube are against that kind of content? And it would be statutory rape (depending on if the country this is from has such a law) and he would be faced with jail if she is under age.

What if this guy would just sent it to her friends?
can the video be enough evidence that the girl is being blackmailed?
since there are tons of different scenario that could trigger that being sent to her friends with the guy not at fault.
and yes the girl is in legal age.

You can't distribute pornographic material without the consent of the girl in the video. Not in America, at least. If she took that guy to court he'd lose every penny to his name.

So what if the guy said, "that girl is just framing me to get me arrested, she hates me cause of this and that"

Well that could be clear with further investigation, but what if there weren't any evidence to support that what the girl is saying is true?

Naw basically if he distributes the videos without her consent he's screwed any way he slices it. She may have consented to the sex in the video, but the distribution rights are a separate issue altogether. But that's pretty shitty judgment on her part, too.

even If there's no evidence that it was the guy who distributed it? for example the guy used the girls account, or her laptop on something to distribute the video.

so when the police traced it's IP or something, they would only find that it was the girl who sent it.

They have ways of determining these things. They could look at the original file, where it was first, when it was created or edited, etc. Even after deletion, a file leaves a footprint on your hard drive. Even if the lawsuit doesn't go through, the videos would have to be removed so it's good either way.

Lesson Learned: Don't tape yourself having sex.

That being said, this might be a radical solution, but I might just let him release it and play it off. I mean, if you think about it, sex is one of the most basic and natural parts of being human. Eat, sleep, work, reproduce is the basic functioning of, well, every animal. So I'd just be like, "Yeah. That's me. Are you gonna keep watching it like a perv or be my friend and drop it?"

nice go fenn, well I guess that would be easier said than done though, we know we have shame but it's really hard to control it and ignore it.

@cype, I don't know if they do have ways to determine those things.cause there have been tons of issues here that the same thing happen to actress and other girls all over our country.

yes they fight on court but they can't get enough evidence to get the guy arrested. well maybe US is just too advanced.
whenever I watch SCI, I always feel just how low our country capability is. >_>
