drawing flag ???

hia, im new to the whole "manga tutorials" and i cant draw in the doodle room cuz it says i dont have a "drawing flag" what is this and how do i get one ???
oh, and whats a thread ??????

Yes, your oekaki and forum accounts are separate. Create an account and all your problems will be solved. Also, read the rules.
