Your optoins are
Avernus: More vaults. Humans be ere. 2-3 Drow cites, one run by the Rendanvlos. Adventure!
Garethkullgen: More tunnels. Lots and lots of Drow cities. Duergar! Chitine! Abyssal shrines, caves, and other dungeons. Adventure with more urban stuff too! Most of the region is run by the Chaon, Faernsenger, and Quarthas. Ku'nal have a city there, tho.
Edonilche'el: Massive vault containing the oldest and largest Drow city. A megalopolis. Nearly every major house has at least one chunk of the 'city' under their control. It might be a bit harder here since it's easier to make enemies, but also more opportunities. You can easily go to Garethkullgen or Avernus from here via portal. Edonilche'el is in the Middledark,fwiw, while the other two regions are Upperdark.
