I figure he does it all the time so that when he has to pitch from the stretch its like no big deal. Idk.
I guess so. Also do you know if in NPB pitchers also hit? Because I saw an old video of Daisuke Matsuzaka pitching this breaking ball thing that they called a "gyroball".
In the central league pitchers have to hit, I believe. In the pacific league they allow designated hitters. I might have mixed that up tho.
Oh, so it's like the American and National leagues then.
Well they only place one inter-league match a year and that's just the best team from both leagues
