Yeah the shape is supposed to be a bit more sharp I guess, and yeah thinner xD Yours look a bit bloby compared to your reference :O

Yeah -__- That hat gave me a lot of grief, and I dont think I ever got it quite right. It just had to be done tho *sigh*. Maybe someday I'll come back to it and redraw it and it'll be awesome! :3

I'm just gonna post all these here as well. I did another one that isn't in the exercise thread... I'm really stressed out about this week, and it was either play guitar until im calm or draw until I'm sane. Clearly drawing won, so YAY CUTE RACCOONS!!! They have seriously become one of my all time favorite animals. They're just adorable and mischievous and totally act like little toddlers. I love them. o///o

I'm not overly happy with the coloring job on the last one, I think I liked the original sketch better... but I was rushing it so it serves me right. <.< I hope these make you smile :3 because that's what they should do!

They definitely made me smile ^.^ they're sooo cute!! I really like the dynamics of the first one, like how it's crouched and stuff. Not sure if the last racoon should be quite so cross eyed, as i don't think the bee is that close to it, but apart from that they're all looovely

Wow :3 The cuteness on this page rivals that of the baby hedgehog pics I saw on Facebook :3 Awesome pics! I only have two comments, really (and I'm probably not correct.) There's something about the angle of his/her head in the one where he/she's nibbling its foot. I feel like maybe something's off there...but I could be wrong.

I think you're coloring looks good, but it feel a bit unfinished, and maybe the color's a little washed out. You might be happier with brighter/more saturation? Not sure. But really, these are minor critiques--the baby looks amazing! :3 I love them!

Thank you all so much for the help and love :3 It makes me really happy o///o And yeah blue dragon I think you're right.... Bright colors might make it feel more finished. Hmmm maybe i'll go back and fix it

In the meantime, I've been doing A LOT of figure drawing and gesture drawings that are not being posted here at the moment. Maybe in like a couple of weeks I'll do a massive dump of my favorites? I tried my hand at a self portrait thingy, lemme know what you think. Some of the proportions aren't quite right, but it was so much fun to paint that I dont even care anymore. XD (that's probably bad...). Also the colors are much nicer in person I have to figure out how to make it look the same on my computer as it does on paper...
