Anyhow. Reg is in a anime drought at the minute. Might actually try and watch some new seires for once. It's been like a year since I last did...
If you do, watch Mouretsu Pirates and/or Mirai Nikki. Probably the best ATM, and they are your kind of anime. There is also Nisemonogatari, but if you haven't seen Bakemonogatari there is no point in watching it.

Seen Bakemonogatari. Kinda hit and miss. Story telling style and all the art direction stuff was great, but found the main characters themeselves a bit annoying/tedious, esspecially towards the end... But yeah, that's my opinion.
I'm watching Mouretsu Pirates it seems promising.... but i dont really know how they are going to roll in the future... hmmm
