Yeah I've seen Naoki Urasawa's Monster. It's one of the only good anime out there.

Billy Bat is at the moment, freaking awesome, to be honest everything from Urasawa is win for me.
You should read 20th Century Boys, by far my favorite.

Also keep dreaming that there is going to be anime of Billy Bat, you must understand that his target audience is not the one that watch anime, reason why there are no other anime of his works.
