You like the idea that they travel to the future to fight someone who can only be beated there, and none of the older version of them could defeat the bad guy (even worst, they could, but they were to lazy to do such a thing), that they come back and have to face more powerful enemies than in the future, that they win weapons on the future (boxes) to throw them away when they are done, etc. Also the draws are crap and the dialogues are always the same, the main character have defeated all his opponent by changing his personality to a stronger one, but after that, he is still a plain character with no personality, making the development endless.
I dunno, but KHR sounds to me like the typical bad anime/manga.
