Yes you have to draw a cute oc. There is no specific them and the rule is simple. Draw a cute character. thats p much it.

i think it's in the rules already that guy and monster of whatever are allowed as long as it's cute.

well it is too much work to do so but it might increase your chance of victory.

just make sure you put all of what you got in your work and make sure it's the best one! cause we'll be battling each other.
seeing the contestants right now i'd say i have to make a character design to beat even hatsune miku just to win here
btw: there's two lady k on the list. =_= that means if she lost one of her name she still has a chance cause she has another name lol.!!!
