first the neck is always placed in the center of the head

in front view you made a smiling emotion and in quarter view you made the face in a serious look or giving an irritating look or something.

well the only thing that made it like that is because of the eyebrows.
and the right eye is too much pointy..

when eye brows are close to the eyes it will give a character a more serious look.
well they don't look much different in quarter view and front view if you ask me, it's just the emotion

and in side view. there are a lot of styles in side views so i don't really know what you want it to look like. but if you ask me, that isn't the correct shape of it, though it's just in my style though.

i'm sure gunzet or rio can add some more advise.

The easiest way to do this is to keep all of the sketches in a single row and line up the features using horizontal guidelines.

again i messed up in the perspective.

i already got something to exercise tomorrow and i know now what i exactly lack.

i wish i won't have this types of mistakes next time.
and i did messed up with the perspective of what vanishing point to follow again.

I really like the way you study perspective. hahaha, your like an architecture student. hahahaha

this coming 2nd semester, I'll draw many perspective for my translation. ( I feel nervous when I draw something like this)
