Oh yeah, I know I already posted but I just want to add to what Josh said. Watch your placement of collar bones -- collar bones join to form a little hollow at the base of the throat, so when you place them too low, the shoulders lower and the neck becomes way too long. Also, when the shoulders are relaxed, the collar bones form an almost perfectly horizontal line, and don't really slant upwards.
