    That's a very broad question. What do you want to do? It seems like you know how to upload images into the Gallery already. Are you asking how to show pictures here in the forum? If so, then all you have to do is click on the icon that has a tree on it above the field where you're typing your post (it should be right next to the icon of the world and a film strip). Then paste the URL of your image in the field that pops up and then hit OK.
