I don't know about any dramas from anime or manga, but I've seen a bit of Ashita Ga Aru Sa.

I watch it mostly because it's got people from Gaki in it.

Oke i just watched 200 pounds love, and i have to admit it wasnt so good, but i liked the ending, she didnt end up with that asshole so easily

I've been recently wanting to watch movies instead of drama because i drama one episode like that 1,5 hour something (that with loading time for the video xD)

Watched Heavenly Forest -> its oke but i dont think its great :l i wouldn't recommend it.
Seducing Mr. Perfect -> DANIEL HENNY YUR ENGLISH SA|FDSAGSAGVA its oke xD its better then heavenly forest so ;D and i adored this song in it. <3 i'd recommend if for those who love good endings and like a typical ' let me fall for you ' romance

Im not sure what to watch next.... Secret? but i dont like jay choo much but i heard its a good movie :C
Also i think i may follow City Hunter but episodes are soooo loooooong :/

Everything its drama. Drama is the action of characters who has as a point the conflict, with this said the thread shouldn't be named Drama, but Romance, because obviously what you are interested is in the Romantic action of the character and not in the big term that Drama means.

And no, not a lot of drama is from mangas, drama appear in every form of literature and narrative.

I wouldn't say that Drama and Romance are synonyms with each other...
