Eyes and Face in General Improvments

Hey is my picture I made ealier today.

Took me a while because it was my first time using pencil and I had no idea where everything was and how to use everything.

The problem i'm having now is I can't get the eyes right. I kept ending up not fitting in with the rest of him.
Also i'm not sure but the nose and mouth don't seem right.

Simply: I've been trying to fix it for a while but I just can't get the right size and style for the eyes and can't fix the nose and mouth.
