With the pig girl, your refence is leaning farther to the right so she's equally proportioned. Other the other hand, your figure is standing straighter up so her lower leg on the left is much shorter than the other.
Also, just be careful when using nonrealistic refs; some can have really bad anatomy that you won't even notice. :)

For this last one, you should seriously just look up some pictures of human bodies. That's the best help you'll be able to get. And, it'll be great because you've chosen not to clothe these two figures.
