Looking P good so far. I like the perspective and also the cloud's are looking good as well. Just one thing bothers me... The main cannon looks a little too big.... Nah maybe its just me.

There is something odd about the main cannon, I agree. I think it's a perspective problem. The tank's turret is facing just a little bit to our left while the cannon is pointed even further to the left. Wouldn't you be able to see a little of its connection with the turret at that angle?

The people up top and the manned turret all look nice, no probs there
But on the large turret piece. I think the lines are a tad toooo sharp, it leaves a lot of room for more detail to be thrown in, either textures or drawn detail. I'd try using dark dark blues where areas are supposed to be shadowed, and there seems to be a perspective issue which has been brought up before. Try reducing the size. One more thing, with shadows, try adding highlights where the light really hits.

Looking really good. The only thing I see that feels weird to me is his left arm (From our prospective) looks a little shorter than it's supposed to be. Other than that, awesome.
