I'm gonna give up on energy drink, i didn't drink it for a while and then i just drank like a lot in a day >>....
But i've been drinking lemonade (without bubbles, it's just plain syrup and water) and rooh afza in milk... i'm drinking milk like all the time... i don't know if thats actually good lol
Also that fruitopia drink stuff is delicious, but i can't see it being any better than pop other than it not being carbonated.
i drank rivella tonight.. :( , it was that or some booze so i chose soda... but ... when going out it's hard to stay away from soda :<
to break babies off of juice so they would drink more water i saw my babysitter put some juice in some water.
I always heard you were supposed to dilute juice for kids anyway.
As long as you give kids Juicy Juice or some stupid look-alike-generic brand, they'll be fine. Just don't give them soda, or they'll be off the walls. :/
Juicy Juice still has a lot of sugar, and a lot of moms I know will dilute it with water anyway. It cuts down on the kids' sugar intake a little and helps the juice last longer, since it's like $4 for a bottle here.
Pop nowdays has more corn syrup that anything, they stopped using tons of sugar like...the 60's maybe?
Although if you try the throwback Mtn Dew, I think there is plenty of sugar in that.
