I know I've been gone for a while 'cause I've been hoping to get some DSL service finally this year but it looks like it's not available in this area yet, which is really disappointing. (;__;) Speaking of etiquette there's a certain Mr. Trouble who's spray-painted a fence here in my neighbourhood. How rude. I wonder if he thinks it's art or something. It's inconsiderate vandalism. I wish he'd put himself in the fence-owner's shoes. (+⋀+)

Is it an ugly painting? cause then that'd be defo vadalism...otherwise it's graffiti, which is art...art vandalism.
