It was rabid, wasn't it
It was on a leash and had an owner.
I'm gonna assume it
A) Doesn't like strangers- if so, why was she walking a dangerous dog?
B) Doesn't like black strangers
C) Doesn't like skaters- most dogs don't, unless they're used to it.
My money's on C. But if that's the case, why the hell is the skatepark right next to another park where lots of people walk their dogs. That's just asking for trouble.
