Oh sorry lol I never realised this was being taken seriously :L

I assume this blob is like a basic eukaryotic animal cell, in which case it will need energy and materials for building a it's internal blobular components. So... Begin scavenging for a nutrient ion source to absorb to supply nutrients and energy for blobular functions.

So basically just eat something?
