What I would suggest is add more random branches here and there, it's unlikely that a tree would have only two branches (unless its a dwarf tree). Also try using some references to help with the bark and stuff. The references will also help when it comes to colouring it :)

With those head sketches I think you have placed the eyes a bit too far up the face, and with the running bipedal you have made the leg quite blocky and I think you would also get some foreshortening towards the top of the leg as it is moving in towards the body. Nice work man :D
Also the Kupo sketch appears to be broken, i've tried to view it a couple of times but it comes up broken :/

Haha I love the Kupo :3 I think you should add a slight indication of the right inner ear though, you missed it out. Even though the face is turned you should still see a bit right at the edge.

The perspective isn't too bad at all :) I'd suggest using a ruler for straighter lines and adding more shading (especially aroung the door so it doesn't look so flat)
