Advice on Comics

I having a problem with my comics....you see...im working on my first chapter but when i start on the first page....my comics looks awful...I layout then and try to draw the actual comic but it doesnt look the way i want it to...Can someone help me out?

first write the script. Second recolect some references and do some esketches for the escenes. Third edit script and sketches and do the real draw.

How you do the final fase is up to you, some people are very clean and others like me are messy.

Thanks...i really appreciate the advice.....What about the dialogue? When i draw...i put my dialogues in last...and it mess me up trying to write the words in the world ballons...
