Anatomy help?

I'd like some criticism on what's wrong with this picture. I'm not too proud of it... I'd also like some tips, too!

You need to work in anatomy. One shoulder is wider than the other, one arm is longer than other and hands are quiet small. You could also work more in the pose to make it more believable and the same with muscles. Practice with human anatomy.

tis be too flat. you are thinking/ imagining too much in the 2d space and what is on the paper. Think more about the image as it rotates in your mind.
