It's an interesting idea, that's for sure. It is by no means cliche, but it's an old theme. On that note, I like where you're going with it.

Hum... Girls having their heads/brains pulled off and attached to robots ain't exactly a rarity in manga... But I can't exactly think of any example that was a comedy, either. The banter with the nurse was pretty good, but overall... Eh, I'm not sure. The most of it is barely a standard cake fare at all. A bit too serious-faced, even. Maybe you're pulling punches because of the grizzly subject matter?...
I'll still be keeping an eye on this, but being entirely honest, I can't really see it being a favorate without a sudden explosion of weirdness and hypergore to make up for this 'timid' start. Taking this kinda plot seriously just leads down weird alleys. >_>
