There's a list of manga publishers here (you have to logged in to see it, btw). If you make erotic manga, the only manga publisher I know of that sells it in English is Eros Comix. Other than that, try DL Site. They sell manga as well as games, illustrations and other stuff. H is ok for them, iirc.
