Darren Korb's music and Bastion-style gameplay alone sell it for me. A non-sexualized female protagonist is definitely a plus (and I like redheads), as is the promise of Bastion's writing quality.

Overly sexualized female protagonists are always a plus because tits and ass, man. Plus if the lady kicks ass then that's a sexy lady.
A girl who can fight is indeed sexy.
However, I'll take character development over sexiness any day.
Why can't we have both?
