anyone else trying to play wizardry online

Chivalry got its first content update and it's awesome. Quarterstaff is my new favorite weapon. I initially picked it because I thought it might be non-lethal, but then in my first duel I jabbed a guy in the face and his head blew up.

I feel like they're focusing less on realism now and more on fun.

Some dumb things they didn't fix:

SPOILER! :

-When the game says "The queen and her sons have been murdered," there's still no sign of the queen. Also, the nobles in line for the throne are all dressed like peasants and not a single one knows how to defend himself.

-Even on the lowest detail settings, there's still too much unnecessary background detail that, if removed, would allow players with lower-end computers to play.

-They didn't fix their spelling and grammar mistakes.

I'm imagining Fire Emblem's tactical movement and such, but with more player-driven combat like in Persona (or maybe even Arena--I've always wanted a Fire Emblem fighter).

Technoligically superior, graphically superior, but not completely superior in every way. There's just some games you wanna either play on a console, or use a controller with.
It's preference and opinion really. Nobody's forcing anyone to convert to anything, you know.

I say as long as the port -works- good, and doesn't look worse than the console version, I can care less for all the other options, but that's just me. The first Mass Effect was a horrrrrible port, you couldn't get that game to look good if you didn't go in and edit the game ini all to hell, because it was streaming the textures wrong. Ugh.

Anybody have any suggestions for a PS3 rpg to play? Something new...I'm outright bored with my console right now.

Basically yeah. If you feel like your sexuality might be in jeopardy for playing a girls game, I recommend to not try it.
