After about the 40th episode, Legend of the Galactic Heroes got really damn good. Like, maybe better than classic Gundam territory. Why oh why was this never dubbed? *_*
Speaking of dubbing am I the only one that prefers older, shittier voice acting to the newer stuff? It just adds an endearing quality to a lot of shows.
I like older shows period sooooo also acting was different back then, maybe even better

Ocean's Dragonball Z dub was hammy as hell, perfect for a hammy-ass show.
ADV's Rahxephon dub turned it from a sombre and subtle yarn into a-typical squeaky weebo crap.
The creator of Gantz said everyone in the manga would die at least once way back when.
